Wire Transfer (Telegraphic)

For larger orders (typically over $1,000.00 USD) we accept wire transfers (telegraphic transfer) as a method of payment. Please contact Analytic Systems for the necessary banking information to intiate this form of transaction.

Please note that wire transfers cost $30.00 USD to perform.

Cashier's Check (Bank Draft)

If you would prefer to order by mail using a cashier's check (bank draft), please contact Analytic Systems and a sales representative will take your order and direct your payment.

Please note you must allow 5-10 business days for your cashier's check or bank draft to be approved by Analytic System's bank. Please make payable to Analytic Systems Ware (1993) Ltd. Analytic Systems can only accept funds in US or Canadian dollars.

A money order is a safe method of payment that is availible from your local post office. If your preference is to use this form of payment, contact Analytic Systems and a sales representative will take your order and direct your payment.

Business Check

If you are purchasing Analytic Systems' products on behalf of a business, governing body or other type of organization, Analytic Systems will accept a business check.

Please note that your order will not be shipped until the business check successfully clears Analytic Systems' bank, which can take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days.

Out-Of-Stock Items

Analytic Systems sells mainly through a dealer network. Please contact your local reseller for stocking information. If ordering standard product direct from the factory and the product is not in stock at time of ordering, estimated time for delivery will range from 1 to 2 weeks (or more for custom units). Other third party units may have longer lead times.

Analytic Systems will immediately send you an order confirmation via e-mail or fax (if e-mail is not an available option) with a delivery date. . Analytic Systems tries to ship orders before the delivery date listed on the order confirmation, but some orders may require the full time frame. Please note you will not be charged for your order until it is shipped.

Please Note that if you are paying for your order using a cashier's check (bank draft), money order or business check and the unit(s) are out- of stock, a representative from Analytic Systems will contact you and you will have the option of waiting for delivery, ordering from one of our distributors, or have us issue you a refund check for the out-of-stock item/items.
