Analytic Systems Receives Inverter Contract From Noralta Controls

Surrey, BC, Canada

Analytic Systems is supplying Noralta Controls through a local reseller, with 300 units of its model IQS300C1w-12-110 a 300 Watt AC/DC inverter that includes a wide temperature (-40C).

The IQS300C1w-12-110 inverters are being used to electronically ignite and power a new tank burner system, developed by A-Fire and Noralta, to improve tank burner safety, reduce emissions, and to comply with regulations at an affordable price.

Over the last few years the oil industry’s has had a hard time with compliance to gas appliance regulations.  Tank burner systems are not as safe as they could be and do not address all of the regulations in the Gas code. Compliance with the code is expensive and may not be completely necessary in the environment in which they are used. However, both regulators and oil companies agree that any reasonable step to protect workers must be taken by addressing the three key issues: lighting the burner, flame failure shutdown and low tank fluid level shutdown. The Noralta tank burner system does that.

The tank burner system powered by the Analytic Systems inverter is expected to be sold throughout the North American Oil and Gas market.

Analytic Systems ( is committed to innovative and cutting edge technology in the design and development of DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, AC and DC battery chargers and AC/DC power supplies.
