The BCD315W delivers up to 300W of precision charging for one or two-bank systems at 12, 24, 32, 36, or 48 VDC. Built for rugged, high-moisture environments, it offers a wide operating temperature range, vibration protection, and full isolation for use with different ground levels.
Sealed to IP66 (IP67 optional), the charger includes:
– Two selectable charging profiles with safe permanent connection
– Automatic temperature compensation with included sensor
– Equalize cycle for extending older battery life
Constructed from anodized aluminum with O-ring seals and stainless hardware, the unit provides long-term durability. Safety and reliability features include input fuse, thermal shutdown, current limiting, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protection with automatic recovery.
The latest single-board switch-mode design ensures high efficiency and ultra-quiet operation. The BCD315W can also function as a DC-DC voltage converter up to its continuous current rating.
The BCD315Y variant adds a rear-panel test port and IP67 protection. Extra features include status indicators, dry contact fail output, and remote control connection.
